WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after order placement.

SHIPPING COSTS

We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of the package and the distance from our fulfillment center in El Paso, Texas.

We offer free shipping to the US on orders of $100 or more. Free shipping will be automatically applied to your order once the minimum required amount is reached. Please note that the free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.

We currently ship with UPS and USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we have plans to expand our shipping services internationally in the near future.

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been registered as delivered.

If you experience your package going missing, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate an investigation with the mail carrier to track down the package.

Before placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to a secure location.

If you have concerns about the possibility of your package being lost or stolen, please contact us before placing your order, and we can arrange for a confirmation signature upon delivery. Additional fees may apply.

RETURNS

At Method Body, we are fully committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us right away at wecare@methodbody.com.

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of receiving your purchase for exchange or store credit only. We reserve the right to decline return requests without just cause. Please note that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items are not eligible for returns. We cannot process any returns without prior contact.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at wecare@methodbody.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product.
